The Inn has a prime Lake Michigan waterfront location by the Crystal River and Beach Club, with beachfront, dune, island and sunset views. This restored two bedroom, two bath unit is well furnished with advantages of a quiet building, air conditioning, a gracious lobby, elevator, and shared laundry. Features include gas fireplace, sleeper sofa, and kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Master bedroom with king bed has a private bath and Lake Michigan views. Second bedroom has twin beds. Eighth fractional ownership provides six visits per year— one every other month. Weeks run Friday to Friday and rotate slightly each year. Owners have the option of trading weeks, renting out weeks through the resort Rental Management Program, or exchanging weeks for other locations through RCI. No pets allowed. Enjoy ease of ownership with all that the Homestead, Glen Arbor, and the Sleeping Bear Dunes have to offer without any of the upkeep!
